Deutsche Ecke founder Nicola Radisis, only now just contacted me with a great cool offer for all of us to take into consideration. The message was sent to me in Greek so I will present it to you, unchanged as it is. For you that don’t speak Greek, well it is a good offer concerning 5lt of beer and more! Here it is:

Ο καθε πελατης του openbeer μονο (κανενας αλλος) θα κοβει ενα χαρτακι με το επωνυμο και το κινητο και mail του ωστε να γινει μια κληρωση για 5lt μπυρα που θα πιει με την παρεα του μια αλλη μερα εφοσον κανει κρατηση απ την προηγουμενη. Με το ιδιο χαρτακι θα πινει μια μπυρα weiss η lager (arcobrau η berlin) των 500ml free. Μετα όλες στην κανονικη τιμη οπως και ολες οι αλλες. Τα χαρτακια δεν συμψηφιζονται και καθε χαρτακι ειναι προσωπικο και αντιστοιχει σε εναν πελατη. Ο πελατης μπορει να χρησιμοποιησει μονο ενα.

Στην κληρωση οι 2-5 θα παρουν δωρακια αναμνηστικα προσφορα της ΕΖΑ. Πελατης χωρις χαρτακι ή στοιχεια στο χαρτακι δεν δικαιουται συμμετοχη ουτε και free μπυρα.

It is official, the Athens OpenBeer XII Event, based on your votes, is going to take place at the DEUTSCHE ECKE on the 28th of September 2011!

Deutsche Ecke is located at 126 Papagou Av. Zografou close to the 8th Zografou bus station for bus 230 and 608 (Λεωφ. Παπάγου 126, Ζωγράφου, πλησίον στάσης λεωφορείου 230 και 608). The good thing is that because of the many students living in the area the buses come by very often.

We will start gathering from 20:00-20:30 and onwards. If you want to RSVP on FaceBook click here.

Keep in mind that the FREE Beer offers as linked to the place that the event is held. This means that since Deutsche Ecke hasn’t made any official offers, there is NO FREE BEER this time… yet.

Sorry for the late post, but work has been crazy and I just couldn’t fin the time to edit the latest video. Anyway, on Wednesday the 2nd of June the OpenBeer VIII event took place at Deutsche Ecke in Zografou! We had a fabulous time!

The Beer was perfect, the place was Magical and many new faces arrived! What can I say, it was great! I will not say more, but let the video do the talking. Enjoy!

As you all know the Athens OpenBeer VIII event is going to take place at Deutsche Ecke in Zografou. Deutsche Ecke won the honor of hosting the OpenBeer VIII event through the Poll that was active on the OpenBeer website last week! It was a last minute win that was determined by the Deutsche Ecke fans seconds before the poll closed. You can read more about that in our post titled “The Battle of the Pubs for OpebBeer VIII“.

The reason I am posting today, is to announce that Deutsche Ecke has made a great offer and I would like to share it with you! This is the offer:

This time round the voting was very intense! Even at the last minute the lead switched hands! It was a very close call and a battle to the “death” between the 2 favorite selections, FIRST CZECH PUB ATHENS and DEUTSCHE ECKE! At the end, at 00:00 last night the poll closed and the winner was DEUTSCHE ECKE!
