Beer helps your bones says study
As I was enjoying a beer while reading my Beer related RSS feeds, I stumbled upon this article on Beernews.org that I thought you might find interesting called “Beer helps your bones says study“. According to this article, the web is buzzing with the results of this new study that was published in the latest issue of Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture.
What the article actually says is:
High silicon content in beer is helpful for bone density and it isn’t the first to do so.
Accompanying the article is a nice video too which you can check out.
If you feel like reading more about the subject, visit the article I read.
Cheers & Beers!
